Dylan & Amy Serrano

Serrano Capital Investments is owned and managed by Dylan Serrano and Amy Serrano.

They currently invest in California, Texas and Ohio.

Besides their passion for real estate, they enjoy their musical & outdoor hobbies.

Ricardo M. Serrano

A retired biologist, Ricardo M. Serrano invests in real estate and is expanding his portfolio to multifamily apartments. He currently owns northern California (east San Francisco, and Memphis, TN. His markets also include Lousville, KY and Lubbock TX. Ricardo is using his net profits from real estate activities to fund mission projects in South America, with the Church of the Nazarene. Ricardo and his wife Angela live in San Diego, CA.

Through their partnership they focus on conservative underwriting, extreme due diligence, thorough asset management, and high returns for their investors.
