Serrano Capital Investments is owned and managed by Dylan Serrano and Amy Serrano.

Besides their passion for real estate, they enjoy their musical & outdoor hobbies.
Ricardo M. Serrano
Ricardo is a retired biologist, full-time real estate investor, expanding his portfolio to multifamily apartments. ​He is using a portion (tithe) of his net profits from real estate investments to fund mission projects in South America, with the Church of the Nazarene. Ricardo and his wife Angela live in San Diego, CA.

Through their partnership they focus on conservative underwriting, extreme due diligence, thorough asset management, and high returns for their investors. ​
